Warranty Duration

All electrical products purchased from our website are covered by a 2-year limited warranty, starting from the date of delivery.

If you have purchased a 1-year extended warranty, the total warranty coverage period will be extended to 3 years from the date of delivery.

What the Warranty Covers

If any electrical component of a product fails due to a manufacturing or material defect during the applicable warranty period, we will provide a free replacement unit.

This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

Exclusions from Warranty

This warranty does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • Physical damage resulting from drops, impacts, misuse, or accidents

  • Normal wear and tear due to regular use

  • Malfunctions caused by incorrect installation, improper handling, or inadequate maintenance

  • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications

  • Damage caused by external factors such as power surges, water exposure, fire, or natural disasters

How to Request a Replacement

You will receive an automated confirmation email — please reply to that message with a short video clearly showing the issue (for example, the product failing to power on, charge, or operate correctly).

If video evidence is unavailable or does not clearly demonstrate the defect, we may request that the product be returned to our warehouse for technical inspection.

⚠️ Important:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns under any circumstances.

  • Products returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Conditions for Processing Claims

Warranty claims will be processed only if all required conditions and supporting documentation are fully met.

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect covered under warranty, a replacement unit will be shipped at no additional cost.
