Right of Withdrawal

At Roiers LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return and Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a return or cancellation of your purchase.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and labels must be included

  • The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 business days

  • The refund will be processed using the original payment method

  • No additional processing fees will be charged

We reserve the right to withhold a portion of the refund if the returned goods show signs of diminished value due to handling beyond what is necessary to verify their nature and functionality.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to:

  • A defective product

  • A shipping error

  • An incorrect item sent by us

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We do not accept cash-on-delivery (COD) returns.

Customers are responsible for properly packaging returned items to prevent damage during transit.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Items opened that cannot be resold for hygiene reasons

  • Perishable goods

  • Digital products or downloadable software

  • Items marked as “Final Sale”


Damaged or Defective Items
